To our valued clients:

These are some trying times we are experiencing as a community. We have posted on our website and on our Facebook page the link to questions that you may have regarding the current COVID-19 outbreak from the American Veterinary Medical Association in relation to your pets. Because we are committed to the health and well-being of both you and your pets, we have decided to implement additional protocols to minimize your risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus when bringing your pet here. While we always adhere to strict cleaning regulations policy, we are working diligently to increase the frequency of all surfaces of our building being properly sanitized.

Starting June 1, 2020, we are expanding our business hours on Mondays and Thursdays to close at 8pm instead of 7pm and if this changes further, we will make sure to keep you informed on our website and Facebook page. Please do not hesitate to contact our office to schedule an appointment. Just as a reminder, we are accepting nail trim and spa bath appointments, and our boarding services are also open, provided your pet meets the requirements for boarding.

To minimize exposure, we are trying to limit the amount of people in our lobby at any given time. Because of this, we are now asking for you to call from your vehicle before entering our building. Our front desk staff will then take your phone number down to let you know when an attendant is available. We will then call you once they are ready and have them meet you at our entrance. Please note, we are still following the Illinois executive order requiring individuals to wear a face covering or mask when in a public place where they can’t maintain a six-foot social distance. Since we can’t maintain a safe six-foot social distance at our door, we do ask you to please have on a face covering or mask any time you come to our door. We will have you return to your vehicle. The doctor will call you and do the exam via phone. Once complete, the front desk will call you with billing and take payment via phone. Upon payment completion, we will then notify you to come to the door. For medication and food needs, we are offering for you to prepay and call for pick up from our parking lot. We do also have our online pharmacy, Vetsource, you may also use to order online.

We are experiencing a heavy volume of phone calls and are doing our best to help in a timely manner. If it is not an emergency or you are not here for an appointment, we do ask that you leave us a message or send an email to ipahvetappointments@gmail.com. We have staff closely monitoring both.

We appreciate your cooperation and continued trust providing the best quality of care to your pets.

Be Well!
